1. What types of hoodies do you offer?

At EVERYDAY WEARS, we specialize in trendy and unique hoodies for men, women and children. Our collection includes a variety of designs, such as the Zip Rhinestone Skeleton Gothic Hoodie and the Embroidery Camouflage Zip Up Hoodie.

2. How can I ensure the right fit for my hoodie?

We recommend ordering up 1 to 2 sizes larger for a better fit. Please refer to our size chart for accurate measurements and guidance.

3. What is your return policy?

We have a 15-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at Terry@everydaywears.com to initiate a return. For more details, please refer to our refund policy.

4. How do I request a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates are as follows:  Standard Shipping /  Rate Free

We currently do not ship internationally.

7. What is the estimated shipping time?

The estimated shipping time is 10 - 30 days. This includes processing time and shipping time. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification. Please be aware that shipping times may be impacted by increased volumes and COVID-19. You can check your shipping carrier's status page for the most up-to-date information.

Note: Orders coming in to the US are from our suppliers internationally.

8. Can I return a sale item or gift card?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. All sale items and gift cards are final sale.

9. What should I do if I receive a defective or wrong item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please reach out to us at Terry@everydaywears.com.

Refund Policy:

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at Terry@everydaywears.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send.
